Do not try this at home! Not something I do often. I cannot /not/ do solo breathplay, it's too much fun and feels awesome. I make sure to do de-risking as much as possible. That said, I will not lie. This was a high risk session, this is a session that you probably wont see anything like for a long time. Solo breathplay combined with bondage can be extremely dangerous and solo vacbag play is a perfect storm combo, there are many people including I who are highly skilled in breathplay and are capable of this play on their own, that said, even I a pro at this *do not recommend this setup* and even I will avoid playing in this kind of a setup again.

That said I know some dumb people might watch this and think "THAT LOOKS FUN LET ME TRY IT"

At the very least, do some de-risking

1. dont use a vacuum cleaner
2. keep your hand or tongue near the valve piece at all times
3. use a leaky bag or intentionally create and test a leak before going full pressure (Your lungs can generate a very tight pressure level! BreathVac play is very underrated, that said it is something best done under observation of a trained observer who can respond in a situation where self escape may be hindered or impossible.)
