Good morning everybody. So today we're going to work on the center core a little bit more.
I'm working on getting my hips moving so that's my focus in today's lesson.
You just sit very comfortably with your legs bent, knees bent, feet together and
I like to just walk side to side very slowly.
Really feel that in your side, your hips.
All of a sudden you're like oh my god yep that's where I'm tight and it's funny you know you do
do you do yoga every day but every day you seem to be a little bit stiff in someplace else.
And that's the thing I think with yoga is that you tighten up your body. It's changing your posture
so of course you're going to be aching in different areas until you get yourself perfectly aligned.
So if you ever get aligned I don't know but I feel better after I stretch so
I try to encourage everybody to to try because it does help.
All right let's just take a deep breath forward.
Inhale lower down you can only get to here just hold your hands here. Remember
proper placement on those hands so you're not putting extra weight on your wrists. Come down.
I'm still breathing.
I like to move a little from side to side.
I'm going to walk the hands on the opposite side and just twist out the right spine, the
lower side, hip.
